Choco Vanilla

A cake is always very pleasant to realize in family to taste it then with the breakfast, the snack or for a birthday. Easy to make or more complex recipes, fruity or chocolate, a delight to decorate for the pleasure of pupils and taste buds! A good chocolate and vanilla cake very greedy!

Soft and juicy Belgian Chocolate egg-free sponge cake layered with vanilla cream. Covered with our soft and light vanilla flavoured cream with semi chocolate drip.

Ingredients:
400 grams pastry chocolate
170 grams butter
5 eggs
150 grams flour
190 grams sugar
1 sachet of yeast
300 grams mascarpone
160 grams condensed milk
vanilla extract
smarties
fingers

Preparation:
Preheat your oven to 180° (Th.6)
In a saucepan, melt the chocolate (300g) and the butter cut into pieces.
In a bowl, mix the sugar, eggs, flour and yeast.
Then add the chocolate/butter mixture. Stir to combine.
Butter and flour your pan.
Bake for about 20 minutes.
Preparation of the vanilla mousse
In a bowl, using a mixer, whisk together the mascarpone and sweetened condensed milk. Once the mixture is well aerated, add the vanilla extract as desired.
Lay out the cake
Fold the vanilla mousse into the bottom of the cake, up to 1 cm from the edge, then cover with the other part of the cake.
Let set for about 45 minutes in the refrigerator.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Pour your chocolate on the cake, don't hesitate to use a spatula to smooth it and stick your fingers and smarties. Be careful, the chocolate cools very quickly.
