Cookies & Cream

 STEP 1

Mix the butter with the sugar until the mixture turns white.


STEP 2

Add the chestnut cream, then the flour, the yeast, the salt and the egg. Mix well, and add the chocolate chips.


STEP 3

On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (or on a silicone sheet), make small piles of dough that you will flatten slightly...


STEP 4

Leave some space between the cookies, as they will spread out a bit when baking!


STEP 5

Bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C (gas mark 6). Watch carefully, the cookies are done when the edges are golden brown.


STEP 6

Once cooled, remove the cookies and enjoy!
