Choco Vanilla

STEP 1

Mix the softened butter, egg yolks, fine sugar and cream. Beat everything together to obtain a homogeneous paste.


STEP 2

Add a bowl of flour, vanilla sugar and baking powder. Mix well.


STEP 3

Separate the dough into three equal parts and spread them on three trays of the same size. Bake for about 15 minutes at thermostat 6 (180 °C).


STEP 4

Let the trays cool (they can be prepared the day before).


STEP 5

Prepare the chocolate pudding and spread it on the first tray. Cover with the second tray.


STEP 6

Prepare vanilla pudding and spread on top of second tray. Cover with last tray.


STEP 7

Melt the chocolate with 100g of butter and cover the entire cake.


STEP 8

Sprinkle with coconut or colored vermicelli.
